All Volunteers who interact on game or practice fields with players MUST be background checked and have an EVPW Badge that they wear to ALL games. No exceptions. Ever.
All other team volunteers are given their roles at the discretion of the Head Coach.
The EVPW board reserves the right to revoke badge privileges from any volunteer at any time and for any reason with majority vote of the board.

An Equipment Manager is a representative of EVPW at all times. As a league we expect you to be an example to your players and the community, while serving as a volunteer with EVPW.
Transport, storage, set up, tear down and potentially maintenance of equipment used during practices and games.
The role is determined by the team's Head Coach.

Getting gear to and from practice and game fields.
Storing gear such as tackle dummies, shields or water bottles until needed by the team during the season.
Set Up and Tear Down
Setting up and tearing down the equipment necessary for practice and/or games.
Inflating balls and cleaning water jugs are examples of some maintenance duties
